By requesting the professional services of Whole Hearted Pro AV LLC, the customer, unless he/she specifically requests otherwise in advance and in writing, hereby grants permission to Whole Hearted Pro AV LLC to record audio, photography, and/or videography of any in-progress or completed project, as well as unlimited use of that audio, photography, videography, the likenesses of any persons or facilities or logos recorded therein, and any written or verbal comments about the project by the customer, for the purpose of advertisement.
After a free, single site survey, Whole Hearted Pro AV LLC reserves the right to bill for a minimum trip charge of $150 for additional visits.
Whole Hearted Pro AV LLC also reserves the right to charge for mileage at a rate of $1 per mile (each way) to pay for gas, vehicle wear and tear, and time.
